BIHAR BUDGET 2019-20

*10th Finance Ministrer Shri Sushil Modi presented the budget of  Bihar.
* This year`s budget is 2 lakh 501crores rupees.

* This year's budget is 23 thousand 511 million more than  the previous year(2018-19).
* In the fiscal year 2004-05, the budget of the bihar gov. was 23 thousand 885cr.which  increased to        lakh 501cr. in 2019-20
*The annual plan size has increased by 8,206.25cr compared to the previous year.
* Bihar's economy last year 9.9% which increase to 11.3%. 
* The fiscal deficit is estimated to 2.81%.

~ EDUCATION     (2019-20)

- Rs. 207cr. for बालिका साईकिल योजना |
- Rs. 274cr. for बालिका प्रोत्साहन योजना |
- Rs. 14352cr. for सर्वशिक्षा अभियान and
- Rs. 2374cr forमिडडेमील 
- The amount for bicycle inc.from Rs.2500 to Rs. 3000.
- Rs. 200cr. allocated for  मुख्यमंत्री बालिका प्रोत्साहन योजना (Graduate).
-  The amount to be given for purchases of dress under मुख्यमंत्री बालिका पोशाक योजना  from Rs.1000     to Rs. 1500.
- Rs. 56.20cr. for Sanitary napkins.
- The goal of setting up ENGINEERING Colleges in all the district of Bihar.
- Rs.833cr will allocated for the STUDENT CREDIT CARD SCHEME.
- Rs. 20cr. will expand on Wi-Fi in all University and Colleges.


~ HEALTH

- Rs. 335cr. provision for AYUSHAMAN BHARAT YOJANA.
- Rs. 5540cr. sanctioned for PMCH to make it world class hospital.
-  Approval for opening dental college in Nalanda.
- Medical Colleges will be opened in 11 districts .
( Chapra, Purnia, Samastipur, Begusarai, Sitamarhi, Vaishali, Jhanjharpur (madhubani), Siwan,Buxar, Bhojpur & Jamui)

- 100 bed State Cancer Institute will be built in IGIMS.
- Branch of  National Disease Control Centre will be established in Nalanda.


~ MAIN POINTS OF BUDGET.

- 280 block of 24 district are declared DROUGHT-PRONE.
- Rs. 1430cr. grant to 13.40lakh farmers.
- Rs. 195cr. diesel subsidy to 15 lakh farmers.
-  A provision of Rs. 6654cr for the repairing of Roads.
- Rs. 1074cr. for PRADHAN MANTRI GRAM SADAK YOJANA.
-  Rs. 1228cr. werte allocated fot MILITANCY affected areas.
- Bihar become the 8th state which has electricity in every house.

-  Rs. 5827cr. approved for Deen Dayal Gram Jyoti Yojana, under this scheme  every farmer will get electricity.

- Rs. 2827cr. approved for replacement of Shabby electric wires.

- An approval for Rs. 1750cr. for Vegetable processing.

- Astro- Tourism Circuit will be setup at Patna's TARENGANA and MASOUDHI at a coast of Rs.10cr.

- In Patna , 110cr. have been sanctioned for the installation of CCTV.

- IT Park will be established at Bihta with a coast of 91.70cr.

-  Rs. 45.23cr. for internet service in 700 Panchayats.

- Rs. 420cr.for 4 smart cities ( Patna, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur,& Biharsharif).
 -Rs. 450cr. for सबके लिए आवास .
-  Rs. 390cr. for Clean India Mission.
- Rs. 100cr. has been made for urban drinking water.
_  A provision of rs 95cr. was made for national urban livelihood mission.

- Under the AMURUT SCHEME, a provision of Rs. 610cr. has been made for the park building, water supply, etc.. in the municipal body.

- Rs. 450cr. have been sanction for all the cities under the मुख्यमंत्री शहरी नली गली पक्कीकरण योजना। 


~ For Backward Classes

-  A budget of Rs. 1603.15cr. was presented for backward classes.

-  09cr have been sanctioned for the student who passed BPSC under the मुख्यमंत्री अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग सिविल सेवा प्रोत्साहन योजना .|
-  A provision of Rs. 957.52cr. has been made under the अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग प्री -मैट्रिक छात्रवृति योजना |
- Rs. 379.88cr. sanctioned for अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग प्रवेशिकोतर योजना |
- A Provision of Rs. 90cr. for मुख्यमंत्री अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग मेधावृति योजना |
- Rs. 12cr. for construction of 04 hostels.
